How to Start a Club

"1 Idea + 5 Students = A Highline College Recognized Club!"

Students Clubs and Organizations are a fun, social, and educational experience outside of the classroom at Highline College. It can provide personal growth, leadership development, new friends, and a community of support just to name a few.

7 Steps to Starting a Club:

See the Club Recognition Steps below for more details on starting your own club,

1. Have an Idea!

2. Come visit Center for Leadership & Service and talk to a CLC!

3. Find other Highline students who are interested in your idea

4. Complete a Club Recognition and Approval Form

5. Attend a 1-hour recognition training

6. Be recognized at the next ASHC meeting.

7. GO! GO! GO!
