Winter Leadership Retreat 2018-2019

Held every year around December or January at a local retreat center, the Winter Leadership Retreat brings together students from across campus to explore leadership in depth and build a community of student leaders.

Center for Leadership & Service selects around 40 students from all different leadership paths, from experienced student leaders to those who may not even see themselves as a leader yet. With fresh themes picked every year, students will go through extensive leadership training over a span of a day and a half. Some of the activities in the past included group discussions, self-journaling, and story telling to name a few. We strongly encourage you to apply if you're looking for an in-depth professional development opportunity.

“Diving Inward: Liberating Your Power, Living in Fullness”

Our hope is for you to start to understand your history before joining the retreat. As part of the application process, we want you to reflect and answer the following question:

1. Why do you want to participate in this retreat and how will it impact your goals as a person?
