Highline College Center for Leadership & Service

Being a college student can mean more than going to class and doing your homework. Participating in programs and activities outside of class helps you develop skills for your future, feel more connected, and enjoy your college experience even more. Involved students are also more likely to stick around and complete their degree.
Get Involved
Highline is a vibrant, inclusive and supportive community and offers many outstanding opportunities to get involved in leadership and service programs. Here are a few ways to get started:
- Apply to attend the Winter Leadership Retreat, February 27-28, 2020
- Attend at least one Associated Students of Highline College (ASHC) meeting every other Tuesday, 1:20–2:30 p.m. in Mt Skokomish, Highline Student Union (Bldg. 8)
- Start or join a club
- Participate in campus activities
- Visit the Inter-Cultural Center and participate in a program
- Stop by the Center for Leadership & Service and Center for Cultural & Inclusive Excellence offices, 3rd floor of Highline Student Union, to learn more about how to get involved.
