Free Advertising – For telling people about your club meetings and special events!

Design and Social Media Request Form

Submit this form if you would like free advertising support from our Marketing, Outreach, and Design Team. Examples of what MOD Team can provide include: flyers, posters, banners, invitations, handbills, and many other exciting materials to help your program be successful. Submit this form 2 weeks before the promotion of your meeting or event begins.

Tell us about any changes in club leadership, advisor, or club name

Change in Club Information Form

The Change in Club Information Form is for when your club has a change in club name, club leadership (new President / Vice President), or purpose. Please remember that all new club leaders must complete Recognition and Violence Prevention Training within 1 month of attaining their new leadership positions.

Request a Locker

Club Locker Request Form

The Club Locker Request Form can be used to reserve locker space for your club in Building 8-302. Once your form is submitted the Clubs Program Leadership Advisor will reach out to you with details of your locker assignment. Please note that locker reservations are completed on a first-come-first serve basis. Each club can request a maximum of 1 locker.

Use this form to request access to CLS resources, such as office supplies, sandwich boards, stanchions, hand trucks, and helium.

Provide your Social Media Info

Club Social Media Account Info Form

All clubs are required to complete and submit the Club Social Media Account Info Form, providing any and all login user name and password information for your various Highline College club social media platforms. The Clubs program Leadership Advisor is the only person who will have access to the information you provide in this form. The only instance in which the Clubs Program Leadership Advisor would log in to your social media account(s) would be if they were alerted to a violation of student conduct code on your social media platform. This new requirement for clubs is in accordance with the Highline College Social Media Policy.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict Resolution Form

Please submit this form if you are experiencing any interpersonal issues in your club community that DO NOT violate Student Conduct Code. Interpersonal issues could include disagreements, trouble getting along, not feeling included, and more. Clubs Consultants will review your submission and work to improve the club experience environment.

Please note: Violations of Student Conduct Code should be reported to the Highline College Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct and the Clubs Program Leadership Advisor at
