Jazmin “JD” Dantzler (she/her) serves as the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Coordinator for University Housing Services at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is a doctoral student in the Higher Education program at Azusa Pacific University (APU). As a Black queer womanist scholar, JD’s research interests include Black queer women’s experiences at religiously-affiliated institutions and Black women’s experiences with anti-Blackness and technology during the COVID-19 pandemic. JD is passionate about the liberation and freedom of Black people and nurturing Black college students.
