Here are a few of the opportunities to get involved with the Center for Leadership and Service. Come visit us in the Highline Student Union (Building 8, 3rd floor) for more information on other opportunities within our office.

The Center Staff welcoming people during the Center Open HouseThunderWeek

kick off the beginning of each quarter with a week of events to welcome all Highline students. During ThunderWeek, connect with other students, learn about ways you can get involved on campus, and celebrate being a Highline student.

Held every year during winter at a local retreat center, the Winter Leadership Retreat brings together students from across campus to explore leadership in depth and build a community of student leaders.

The Highline College Student Legacy Awards ceremony is an annual campus celebration to applaud student contributions for both academic achievement and campus involvement. All are welcome to attend, especially awardees families and friends.
