Planning Special Events

This form is for requesting access to free CLS resources, such as office supplies, sandwich boards, stanchions, hand trucks, and helium.

The Clubs Form is the all-in-one form students should use to request anything related to clubs–whether it’s club recognition, resources, or scheduling meetings!

Free Marketing and Advertising

Marketing Outreach Design Team Request Form

This form is for student leaders requesting help with the promotion and advertising of student activities, such as club meetings and events. MOD Team uses their artistic talent and graphic-design knowledge and skills to make flyers, posters, banners, invitations, handbills and more to help share your club with students. Soon after you complete and submit this form, a MOD Team representative will contact you to schedule a consultation meeting to discuss your idea for a design. This form needs to be submitted after submitting an Activities Action Form, and at least 2 weeks before you plan to start promoting your meetings.

Requesting Contingency Funding From ASHC

ASHC Contingency Request Form

The ASHC Contingency Fund is a reserve of S&A funds that get strategically granted to student groups requesting funding for student activities. Requests for Contingency Funding are voted on and approved by the voting members of ASHC.

Directions: First, read the Killian Guidelines for Permissible Use of Service and Activity Fees and the Associated Student of Highline College Financial Code to ensure that your request qualifies as a permissible use of S&A funds. Once you have verified this, open, download, and fill out the Contingency Fund Request Form. Submit your saved, completed form to ashc@highline.edu and be sure to attend the following ASHC Meeting where your request will be voted on by the voting members of ASHC. Contingency Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before ASHC Council Meetings.
